Siman was born
in Modica (RG) from the combination of a ten-year experience in
the confectionery industry and the tradition of the famous Sicilian
pastry.
Thanks to the managerial ability of Mr Di Raimondo, who was able
to select a very competent staff, which is made up of extremely
creative pastry cooks, it has been possible not only to produce
high quality goods but also to combine Sicilian confectionery creativity
with modern and sophisticated food technology.
The modern and sophisticated technological systems, whose main characteristic
is to produce high quantity of goods with an extraordinary precision,
are able to replace man without altering the quality of goods produced
and their presentation. The firm offers a large range of products
such as semimanufactured and finished products.
If on the one hand it would be impossible to list each element of
our production, on the other hand it would be a shame not to mention
what constitutes the pride of our firm: the Sicilian almond biscuits.
Sicilian almonds are carefully selected in order to improve quality.
These biscuits are undoubtedly the pride of the firm and a feather
in our cup. Their deliciousness points out the great qualitative
